About

My name is Catherine and I recently moved from the Bay Area, CA to NYC. Simply put, the pace has quickened. Not only am I adapting to being away from home, working full-time, and becoming independent, I am finding it challenging to maintain what I define as well-being: a healthy, strong, positive, peaceful, happy lifestyle! Writing has always been an outlet for me, so I decided to create this blog and share my journey in maintaining well-being. I’ll be sharing my experiences, giving tips, and writing about what I learn along the way! Follow me as I find well-being in mind, body, and spirit. =]
