I moved to NYC from the Bay Area, California about three months ago…and I still don’t feel settled. New job, new city, new people—It’s been quite the adventure but it’s also been really challenging. Yes it’s true, the pace is much quicker here; days go by faster, and people in the city really don’t ever sleep. And while I’ve been adjusting to the change in environment, I’ve been struggling to maintain what I define as well-being: a healthy, strong, positive, peaceful, happy lifestyle!
Writing has always been an outlet for me, so I decided to create this blog and share my journey in maintaining well-being. I’ll be documenting my experiences, giving tips, and writing about what I learn along the way! I hope you enjoy :)
